About me
Declan is a Commerce Graduate & former McMaster men’s baseball player. He has worked at New Balance Canada as the Distribution & Planning Coordinating Intern, handling logistical solutions and working collaboratively with sale representatives for demand planning and customer relations. Additionally, Declan was a Welcome Week Representative for the Commerce Department, as well as a member of the Health & Wellness Committee in building a Wellness Guide in 2021 for incoming students.
In his free time, Declan spends his time playing baseball, hockey, and pursuing other athletic endeavors. He is an avid sports fan and can be seen supporting the Montreal Canadians & Toronto Blue Jays despite their continued lack of success. He plans on running a half-marathon this fall & hopes to run a triathlon in the near future.
Declan’s main goals for this year include improving campus spaces, greater advocacy on cost-of-living issues, and supporting events that bring the McMaster community together.
