About me
Tim has been a communications/policy/strategy leader for three decades, working at the intersection of the public and private sectors. He has a doctorate in politics, and studies the effects of political communication on voter cognition, behaviour, and decision-making. He began his career as a radio news reporter and anchor and continues to draw on those early experiences in his ongoing professional work with diverse organizations and publics. During election periods, he is a frequent commentator on election campaigns, political communication, and democracy.
